Это ж смотря какой зеленый чай! Я вот только зеленым чаем и просыпаюсь :)

Про элеутерококк Оля дело говорит. Поставь прямо у кровати пузырек и воду. Проснулась, накапала, выпила и полежи еще, если вставать неохота. Только регулярно, курсом!
